In 1921 the Katy Garden Club organized and sustained a library in the city of Katy - this group was the first "The Friends of the Katy Library." Now the Friends have a similar goal: To support the new library with our fundraising efforts - helping to ensure we have one of the finest branch libraries in the Harris County System!
 MEETINGS: Meetings of The Friends of the Katy Library are held monthly at 7:00 PM on the 2nd Thursday of the month at the library, 5414 Franz Rd., Katy, TX.
