WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
WHY DO WE NEED A FRIENDS GROUP? Our goal is extremely important because many of the library’s activities are not covered by County or Katy City budgets. For example, we provide 100% of funds needed by the Children’s Summer Reading Programs. In the coming months, the new library with its expanded facilities will have a long “Wish List” of equipment and material needed, and with your help we can meet these needs.
 VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES: We need your membership and your support. Attend our next meeting on November 7th and learn about the new Library, meet the Friends and discover how you can make a real contribution to our community by volunteering your time and talents.
