The Friends of the Katy Library is a tax-exempt, non-profit entity organized under IRS Code 501(c) (3). 100 % of the funds raised by our group go to support the library and its programs. The organization, in accordance with its Bylaws, is administered by its officers, elected annually by the general membership.
